Here's a message from Professor Barry White at the University of York about a survey currently being carried out on cognition and art. The survey is gathering evidence to better understand how cognition, specifically autism, affects the perception of cave art and is being released alongside a new paper on the origins of inclusivity and personality variation.

Could you help?

It would be really appreciated if people who are on the autism spectrum could fill in this new survey (please click below).

It is open to everyone (not only those who identify with autism) the survey's aim is to get a good representation of the autism community in the responses.

You can find more information about the survey here:

The survey is launched along with a new paper on inclusivity and the incorporation of autism (and other personality variation) into human societies in the distant past (click below).

Both are open access, and we the team hope you find them interesting.
